    SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

    We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

    1. Program Description

    This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Altus Systems through our website at www.altussystems.io, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

    2. Cancellation Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

    4. Carrier Liability & Rates

    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
    • Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
    • Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

    General Terms

    This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Altus Systems ("COMPANY," "we" or "us").     Termination & Governing Law

    Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Altus Systems operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

    Refund Policy

    Please review our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing.

    Setup Fees

    All setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, and custom development fees paid to Altus Systems are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    Due to the nature of digital services, AI automation implementation, software configuration, workflow development, CRM setup, voice AI deployment, integrations, consulting, and customization work, significant time and resources are allocated immediately after a project begins.

    Subscription Services

    Any third-party software subscriptions, platform fees, communication fees, phone number fees, SMS fees, email fees, hosting fees, or usage-based fees are non-refundable and are governed by the respective third-party provider's billing policies.

    Project Cancellation

    Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.

    If cancellation occurs after project work has begun, all payments made to date remain non-refundable.

    If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, Altus Systems may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund minus any administrative, processing, consultation, or preparation costs incurred.

    Completed Deliverables

    No refunds will be provided for completed services, delivered work, configured systems, deployed automations, completed consultations, training sessions, strategy sessions, or digital deliverables.

    Performance Disclaimer

    Altus Systems does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, lead generation results, appointment volumes, conversion rates, advertising performance, search rankings, or any other financial outcomes.

    Client results depend on numerous factors outside of Altus Systems' control, including market conditions, competition, sales processes, advertising budgets, business operations, and customer demand.

    Chargebacks

    By purchasing services from Altus Systems, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered, partially delivered, implemented, configured, or made available to you.

    Any chargeback initiated without a valid basis may be disputed using project records, communications, invoices, agreements, work logs, and delivery documentation.

    Exceptions

    Any refund granted by Altus Systems is provided solely at the company's discretion and does not create an obligation to provide future refunds under similar circumstances.
